why i do this
I believe in the power of love to transform us, yet many of us were never taught how to create and sustain the relationships we desire most deeply. I know that our longing for deeper love can be a catalyst for so much more than finding healthy partnership —it can connect us more authentically to ourselves, a higher power, and to every part of our lives. I believe everyone has the capacity for great love. together, we can make you more available to receive it.

while this work is deeply informed by clinical psychology, nervous system healing, Somatic Experiencing®, and trauma-informed care, these sessions are not psychotherapy or a replacement for licensed mental health treatment.
I work with thoughtful, self-aware individuals longing for deeper connection to self and others. those willing to look at their shadow, connect with their inner child, and confront their role in dysfunction with self compassion and openness. I work with all persons, genders, and ways of loving — come as you are.
My definition of God is Unconditional Love — a power greater than any one person can contain or fully understand. Despite its magnitude and mystery, we are able to sense this divinity within ourselves, one another, and the world around us. While this work is not religious, it does draw upon an understanding of God that overlaps with many Judeo-Christian ideas of a loving Creator. Belief in God or any higher power is not a prerequisite for working together. I welcome people of all faiths, spiritual traditions, and non-beliefs into this work.

channeled readings are $75 (30 min) or $150 (60 min). change work sessions are $150 for a first session, $175 for single sessions, $225 for 90-minute sessions, or ~$650 for a package of 4. the high-touch container is offered by inquiry. payment plans and sliding scale for all offerings are available upon request.
